Patient Portal
The patient portal for epic is called "myCare" and is provided to our patients by El Camino Health. "myCare" is a version of MyChart on the epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform.
We offer our patients convenient and private access to send and receive messages from the staff as well as to access personal medical information online. Patients can also view balances and pay directly online.
All online information and communication must continue to be directed over the Patient Portal "myCare" as this provides greater privacy, meets the requirements of patient privacy laws and gives us the ability to attach communications to your health records.

Please bear in mind: our main priority during the day is to patients who have scheduled appointments in the office on that day. All calls and messages are triaged appropriately.
With the continued growth of electronic communication, we have been inundated with messages - brevity is always appreciated and please understand that messages may not be returned for 1-2 business days.
